What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, country, your trip preferences and any notes. We also store a salted hash of your IP address with the inquiry, used only to limit spam. The site sets one functional cookie that remembers your chosen language. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a personal quote and arrange your trip.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who receives it
Our hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf, only to run this website and send you replies. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting booking, and as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
